Thanks for the great job done by Cerridwen.

Below you will find two sets of stats for AOLA. The first set
is for completions from the beginning of 1999 through 2003.

I believe this is the first time I've been able to present
you with an accurate 5 YEAR stats report, and I would
have been completely unable to do this without the aid
and assistance of the beautiful and brilliant Kristi Wachter
and her marvelous program HORTON (Holder Of Records,
Tallier of Numbers).

For those of you unfamiliar with AOLA, is the Advance
Organization in Los Angeles and it's purpose is to deliver the
OT levels. As you can see it has delivered a few other courses
over the past few years but it's main stat is the number of OT's made.

I've laid out the stats ( the top section) so that it reflects the way
"The Bridge" is laid out or the way one would progress "Up The Bridge".

Total Service Completions by Year

1999 977
2000 733
2001 1028
2002 1714
2003 1669

As you can see AOLA has in fact been upstat in delivering
more services over the past 5 years.

In 2003 there is a slight dip in the stats but overall it is very
much on the up swing.

I think is information is important for those of you that think
that Scn is in it's death throes.

I might agree that many of the Class V orgs are doing really
poorly and are just hanging on but there are in fact other
areas where Scn does not have ARSCC (wdne) members and
in those area, Scn is doing ok to well.

And while it is being reported here that OT's are leaving in
"droves", I personally have not seen that. My view on this is,
if OT's are leaving in droves than how come not one of them
has come to ars to tell us about it. Not even anonymously.

We do have a couple of new critics here on ars that are
definite assets, but I would think more would be here
and posting if there were"droves" leaving.

From what I can tell, but with no specific statistical information,
these stats do not reflect a lot of NEW people onto
"The Bridge" but instead shows Scn attempt to round up all
the Clears and OT III's that are still very much in Scn but
weren't doing much, and got them "revitalized" or more accurately
re-indoc'd and got them doing services again. But again this is
just an educated guess without specific names and numbers to
prove my point.

When I look at the number of Clears AOLA has made,
I came to realize that there is no way they can keep producing
these high numbers of OT's if they aren't making Clears. Keep
in mind that AOLA is not the only org is make Clears. All Class V
Orgs can deliver the Clear Certainty Rundown and some of them
actually do "make Clears" but there is no indication that it is
happening in "volume" so these numbers either way, are just pitiful.

This is not "unprecedented expansion"

If the Scientologists that are currently on lines saw these stats and
understood that they are completely accurate, they might wonder
what the hell kind of bullshit they are being fed by DM and his gang.

218 Clears in the past 5 years from AOLA and only 34 Clears in 2003!
If I were a member of the C of S I certainly would wonder what the
hell was going on.

As you can see this stat shows that even though they are down in
2003, they delivered many more OT III services in 2003 than they
did in 1999, 2000, and 2001.

This goes to my point about Scn taking existing Clears and OT's in the
field that have been inactive and getting them active (and indoc'd) again.
The OT IV and V stats have not dipped but maintained an increase over
the past two years. This has to come from OT Ambassador campaign
of getting the people that have "fallen off the bridge" back on. I truly
think that it's not really an expansion but more of a backlog being
caught up. But whatever it is, theses stats are in fact up they just
aren't what Scn calls "viable".

Here are the rest of the 5 year stats. More stats and comments below.

Next are stats for 2003 only.

In 2003, AOLA produced 8 issues of Advance Mag. That is definitely a
new Highest Ever for them. ;-)

If you look at the dates connected to the issue below you will note that
first 5 magazines show about 2 months worth of stats (except the May-
June Issue which was about 6 weeks apart) and then the last 3 issues
reflect only one months worth of stats. That is something to pay attention
to when viewing the stats i.e 162, 163 and 164 reflect 2 months worth of
stats while 168, 169 and 170 is only one month worth of stats.

Let me pull out some for you to look at

AOLA STATS

Jan Mar May June Aug Oct Nov Dec

CLEAR 3 9 9 5 3 0 0 4 34

As you can see, in 2003 they just sucked at making Clears

OT III 37 36 29 17 16 16 8 15 187

The OT III stat sort of evens out a bit with an average 15 clears a month.

OT IV 45 30 31 25 19 12 7 11 191
OT V 20 32 27 19 21 14 13 12 173

Here it's looking like they started out with a bang in the beginning of the year
and they are slowly winding down.

OK here's the rest of 2003

The totals above show you that they did start out the beginning of 2003 with some
pretty high numbers and they have slowing dwindled down.

I'd like to place a wager that the 2004 stats are down. Not crashed, which would
be nice, but down again.
